Michael and David are long term friends, who decided to get together and run a podcast series about business and entrepreneurship from a technologist's perspective.
Michael has been working within the IT industry for over 25 years now, on an international level. During that time, he dabbled with working for himself. Eight years ago, he took the plunge and started his own company, now known as Teamscal, successfully building a team that helps other companies around the world build and manage their technology, and international teams to support that technology.
David Camus comes from a similar background, having founded One Bright Cloud, which deals with future technology like A.I., Smart Cities and Autonomous Vehicles. Armed with experience in corporate and government project management environments, he has been exploring the fringes of technology and how it relates to the here and now.
"Nerds Our Of Water" is a podcast where they (the nerdy part) discuss technologically-based topics that often sit outside of everyone’s comfort zone, and seek to gain some insight into how technology will shape the world, while also trying to understand the techy things we all struggle with (like a being a fish out of water).
